About the role

The Educator role is central to delivering world‑class guest experiences in lululemon stores. As a full‑time team member you will engage customers, share product knowledge and help create a welcoming community environment.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to provide personalized product recommendations and seamless purchase or return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting the benefits and performance features of lululemon apparel.
• Execute accurate transactions and support omnichannel programs in line with company standards.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues promptly.
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment and build supportive relationships with colleagues.
• Perform product presentation tasks, restocking, and visual merchandising according to standards.
• Utilize in‑store technology, including POS systems, to enhance operations and guest experience.
• Carry out cleaning and safety procedures to preserve a luxury store environment.
