Full-Time Pickleball Coach

About the role

Pickle Padel Movement is seeking a passionate Full-Time Pickleball Coach to deliver fun, engaging, and high‑quality coaching experiences for members. The role involves working with players of all abilities, helping them improve technique, strategy, and enjoyment of the game.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct private and group pickleball coaching sessions.
• Plan and deliver structured lessons for beginners to advanced players.
• Teach proper techniques, footwork, positioning, tactics and game strategy.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback and adapt sessions to individual goals.
• Organise drills, practice sessions, clinics and friendly games.
• Support club, corporate events, tournaments and community activities.
• Maintain a fun, safe and positive environment for all participants.
• Build relationships with members and contribute to the growth of the club’s pickleball community.

Required profile

• IPTPA / PPR or other relevant coaching certification.
• At least 3 years of experience in coaching or related field.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Energetic, patient and approachable personality.
• Comfortable coaching both beginners and experienced players.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
