Full-Time Retail Educator

About the role

The Educator role is the cornerstone of the guest experience at lululemon. As a full‑time retail educator, you will create a welcoming environment, share product knowledge, and embody the brand’s community‑focused culture.

Key responsibilities

• Engage guests promptly, assess their needs, and provide personalized purchase and return solutions.
• Deliver technical product education, explaining the value and benefits of each item.
• Execute accurate and timely transactions while supporting omnichannel initiatives.
• Maintain store presentation standards by restocking, organizing merchandise, and performing cleaning tasks.
• Gather guest feedback and collaborate with store leadership to resolve issues.
• Promote local community programs and help plan community‑focused events such as run clubs or yoga days.
• Foster an inclusive team environment by respecting differences and supporting colleagues.
