Full-Time Retail Educator – Singapore

About the role

The Educator role is the foundation of lululemon’s retail success. As a full‑time team member you will create world‑class guest experiences, share product knowledge and embody the brand’s community spirit across multiple store locations in Singapore.

Key responsibilities

• Interact with guests to understand their needs, provide tailored product recommendations and complete accurate transactions.
• Deliver technical product education, highlighting the value and benefits of lululemon apparel.
• Execute omnichannel programs and ensure seamless end‑to‑end guest journeys.
• Gather guest feedback, partner with store leadership to resolve issues and “make it right.”
• Promote and participate in local community initiatives such as run clubs and yoga events.
• Maintain a respectful, inclusive team environment and collaborate with colleagues to optimise store operations.
• Perform product presentation tasks, restock merchandise, use in‑store technology and keep the store clean and safe.
