Full-Time Store Team Lead – Up to $4,000 Salary

About the role

We are seeking a people‑first Store Team Lead to manage our front‑of‑house operations, inspire baristas, and deliver an exceptional guest experience in our Singapore café.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and develop front‑of‑house staff and baristas, fostering a high‑energy, collaborative culture.
• Create and maintain weekly rosters, align labor hours with business demand, and ensure optimal floor coverage.
• Model warm, genuine hospitality and guarantee consistent, high‑quality service for every customer.
• Oversee daily barista and food preparation to ensure fast, precise, and quality‑controlled product delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of direct management experience in a hospitality or retail setting.
• At least 2 years of hands‑on experience operating an espresso machine and handling food service.
• Strong interpersonal skills with a natural, welcoming demeanor.
• Commitment to maintaining a hospitable atmosphere at all times.
