Full‑Time Service Crew & Barista

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our Little India outlet as full‑time service crew and baristas. You will be the front‑line face of the café, ensuring a warm welcome and smooth service for dine‑in, takeaway and delivery guests.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly, take orders accurately and serve food and beverages promptly.
• Operate the POS/cashier system, process cash, card, QR and online payments, and issue receipts.
• Prepare and pack takeaway and delivery orders, maintaining hygiene and food‑handling standards.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dining area, service stations and restrooms, and follow sanitation protocols.
• Refill service items, assist with stock deliveries and ensure the outlet is ready for opening and closing.
• Collaborate with kitchen, cashier and fellow team members, supporting peak‑hour operations.
• Adhere to company SOPs, grooming standards, punctuality and safety rules.

Required profile

• Prior F&B or customer‑service experience preferred but not mandatory.
• Polite communication with customers and teammates.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment, stand for long periods and handle shift work, weekends and public holidays.
• Positive attitude, responsible, eager to learn and good teamwork skills.
