About the role

Join the front‑line team at Yatsudoki and Chateraise, serving customers across three bustling locations – Funan, NTU and Millenia Walk. As a Full‑Time Service Crew member you will ensure a smooth, friendly experience for every guest while maintaining store standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver excellent customer service and address guest inquiries promptly.
• Operate the cashiering system, handling multiple payment methods and devices.
• Take, pack and present orders accurately.
• Keep shelves stocked and organized throughout the shift.
• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene of the store environment.
• Promote additional products through cross‑selling and up‑selling techniques.

Required profile

• Minimum GCE “N” level qualification.
• Prior experience in the food‑and‑beverage sector is preferred.
• Cheerful, team‑oriented attitude and ability to thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Availability to work a rotating six‑day schedule (48 hrs/week) including weekends and public holidays.
• Immediate start preferred.

Required skills

• Proficiency with point‑of‑sale (POS) and cash handling systems.

What we offer

• Monthly salary ranging from SGD 2,300 to SGD 2,400.
