Game Graphic Designer

About the role

We are seeking a creative Game Graphic Designer to craft compelling visual assets for mobile game monetization experiences. You will work on a variety of in‑game visuals, from payment‑related artwork to bundles, packs, events, and promotional creatives, collaborating closely with product and game teams.

Key responsibilities

• Create visual assets for bundles, offers, purchase pages, packs, events, promotions, and web shops.
• Develop key visuals, banners, icons, item artwork, character artwork, and other promotional assets.
• Adapt creative assets across different formats, platforms, and game products.
• Explore and experiment with diverse visual styles to make monetization content more attractive.
• Use Photoshop, 3D tools, AI tools (e.g., Stable Diffusion, Midjourney) to produce high‑quality visuals efficiently.
• Collaborate with product, game, and creative teams to translate requirements into strong visual concepts.
• Maintain visual consistency and align designs with the game's overall art direction.
• Iterate on creative work based on feedback and performance data.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in game visual or graphic design with a strong, game‑focused portfolio.
• Strong visual fundamentals: composition, color, typography, lighting, and overall aesthetics.
• Ability to create artwork that fits within an existing game’s art style.
• Clear, structured thinking and the capacity to turn requirements into visual solutions.
• Proficiency in Mandarin to communicate with Mandarin‑speaking counterparts.
