Creative Designer

About the role

We are seeking a talented Creative Designer to join STPI’s team. Working closely with the Creative Lead, you will help shape and communicate the organisation’s visual identity across print, digital and spatial environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop project identities and key visuals, applying them consistently across exhibition catalogues, brochures, and gallery graphics.
• Collaborate with the Marcomms team to produce marketing assets and campaign materials for all projects.
• Partner with the Content Marketing team to create and adapt visual assets for social media and digital channels.
• Participate in creative brainstorming sessions, contributing fresh ideas and strong concepts.
• Champion brand consistency, ensuring all design output aligns with brand guidelines across every platform.
• Prepare final artwork (FA) and adapt designs for both digital and physical touchpoints.
• Support design needs of various teams and departments as they arise.
• Perform additional creative duties assigned by the Creative Lead.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Communication Design or a related field.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in a design house or in‑house creative role.
• Strong interest in contemporary art and culture.
• Detail‑oriented, highly organised and able to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
• Willingness to learn new skills and techniques.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Photoshop.
• Proficiency with Adobe Illustrator.
• Proficiency with Adobe InDesign.
• Experience with 3D modelling using SketchUp.
• Knowledge of motion graphics, print publication design, or exhibition/spatial design (preferred).
