General Assurance Junior Resource Planner

About the role

The General Assurance Junior Resource Planner will support the audit teams by scheduling auditors, managing staff utilisation and leave, and preparing resource reports to ensure efficient delivery of assurance engagements.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in scheduling auditors for various audit jobs and projects, liaising with managers and staff at all levels.
• Ensure staff utilisation (useful and billable) during both peak and off‑peak periods.
• Assess the reasonableness of staff booking request forms against established guidelines.
• Deploy resources effectively and prepare regular resource utilisation reports.
• Collaborate with auditors to plan and monitor their leave utilisation.
• Conduct new‑joiner orientation and handle related administrative matters.

Required profile

• Open to fresh graduates; 1‑2 years of relevant administration experience is advantageous.
• Highly motivated, resourceful and able to work with multiple stakeholders.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, confident and mature in liaising with all staff levels.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
