General Ledger Accountant

About the role

We are looking for a proactive, detail‑oriented General Ledger Accountant to join Golden Phoenix Solar Energy’s finance team in Singapore. The role supports accounting, financial reporting and corporate compliance across multiple group entities, helping the company navigate its rapid growth phase.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full set of accounts for several Singapore entities, including month‑end and year‑end closing, journal entries, reconciliations and supporting schedules.
• Prepare management reports, financial statements and analysis for senior management review.
• Handle accounts payable, accounts receivable and treasury‑related entries, monitor inter‑company transactions and perform related reconciliations.
• Assist with cash‑flow monitoring, financial planning and maintenance of accurate accounting records.
• Perform daily ERP accounting operations, ensure data accuracy in Kingdee Cloud and support system optimisation and process‑improvement initiatives.
• Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, testing and user support as a key Kingdee Cloud user.
• Coordinate corporate secretarial matters, statutory filings, tax submissions and maintain a compliance calendar to meet all regulatory deadlines.
• Liaise with external auditors, tax agents and regulatory authorities, coordinate audit processes and address audit queries.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
• Relevant accounting experience, preferably handling multiple entities and group reporting.
• Strong knowledge of Singapore Financial Reporting Standards and statutory compliance requirements.
• Ability to work independently, build processes from scratch and collaborate across locations.
• Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills with high attention to detail.

• Kingdee Cloud (ERP) – daily operations, configuration and testing.
