General Manager – Business Management

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic General Manager to lead the business management function of our catering operation. The role combines strategic planning, financial oversight, and day‑to‑day operational leadership to drive growth and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement business strategies and long‑term plans, analysing market trends and competition.
• Own revenue, profit and cost targets (P&L responsibility), monitor KPIs and adjust strategies to meet goals.
• Oversee daily operations across all departments, improving processes, efficiency and productivity.
• Build, lead and manage cross‑functional teams; recruit, train and develop key talent; establish performance and incentive systems.
• Manage budgets, control expenses, approve major investments and ensure compliance while mitigating operational risks.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of relevant managerial or operational experience.
• No specific academic qualification required.
• Strong strategic thinking, leadership, financial acumen and problem‑solving abilities.
