General Manager – F&B Business

About the role

We are seeking an experienced General Manager to lead and grow a multi‑outlet food & beverage business in Singapore. This senior position focuses on strategic leadership, commercial performance and business transformation rather than day‑to‑day operations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute the long‑term business strategy and growth roadmap.
• Own the overall P&L, drive revenue growth and improve profitability.
• Identify new revenue opportunities, evaluate new outlet concepts and build strategic partnerships.
• Provide strategic direction to operations, ensure governance, compliance and continuous improvement.
• Build, mentor and inspire a high‑performing leadership team and drive succession planning.
• Champion customer‑centric thinking, enhance brand reputation and guide product, menu and pricing strategies.
• Promote a data‑informed culture using business intelligence and drive digital initiatives.

Required profile

• Senior management experience in the F&B or hospitality sector.
• Proven track record of managing P&L and delivering sustainable growth.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate strategy into measurable outcomes.
• Excellent leadership, people development and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive organisational change and foster a culture of innovation.
