Global Account Manager – Energy & Automobility

About the role

DHL Express Singapore is seeking a Global Account Manager to lead the profitable development of strategic accounts in the Energy and Automobility sectors. Reporting to the Senior Manager, Industry Development, you will act as a trusted business partner, driving growth and delivering tailored solutions across the DHL network.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, establish and manage multi‑tier relationships with customers and internal DHL teams to secure long‑term partnerships.
• Drive sales improvement through regionally harmonised processes and clear understanding of customer expectations.
• Lead customer presentations, proposals and coordinate activities to retain and grow sustainable revenue.
• Develop and manage after‑sales strategies for designated accounts.
• Provide regular revenue and activity reporting to senior management.
• Contribute to regional bidding or RFQ processes when required.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in account management, business development or consultative sales within a service‑related industry.
• Degree in Business or a related discipline.
• Strong teamwork, collaboration and excellent communication, presentation and networking abilities.
• Familiarity with the International Express/Air Transportation industry is an advantage.
• Knowledge of the Energy and Automobility sectors is an advantage.
