Global HR Business Partner Leader

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Group Lead of HR Business Partner (HRBP) to work closely with the executive leadership team and business leaders across the organization. The role will drive organizational effectiveness, workforce productivity, leadership capability, performance management, talent development, and cultural transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead company‑wide organizational diagnostics, design and implement restructuring, workforce planning and operating model improvements aligned with strategy.
• Partner with executives to optimize organizational layers, spans of control, accountability frameworks and decision‑making processes.
• Establish and continuously improve the performance management framework, translate strategic objectives into measurable goals, and drive OKR/KPI design, alignment and execution.
• Serve as strategic advisor on talent strategy, lead talent reviews, succession planning and leadership pipeline development.
• Develop and execute initiatives to improve workforce productivity, measure people effectiveness and promote a high‑performance culture.
• Lead employee experience and culture programs that reinforce company values, foster inclusion and enhance engagement.

Required profile

• Proven track record of scaling high‑growth organizations through people, structure and performance initiatives.
• Strong strategic thinking combined with hands‑on execution capability.
• Experience partnering with senior leaders on organizational design, performance management and talent development.
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to use data and analytics to drive decisions.
