Global People Analytics Manager

About the role

Build a global HR analytics and metrics framework from scratch. Our client is a rapidly expanding international organisation undergoing significant global growth and investing heavily in people, data, and operational excellence across its overseas markets.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement a comprehensive global HR metrics framework covering talent acquisition, compensation, performance, learning, employee relations, workforce productivity, and organisational effectiveness.
• Establish enterprise-wide data standards, governance processes, and KPI definitions to ensure consistency across business units and geographies.
• Develop executive dashboards, reporting solutions, and workforce insights that enable informed business decisions.
• Partner closely with HR, Finance, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders to translate workforce challenges into measurable data‑driven actions.
• Champion continuous improvement in HR analytics capabilities, data quality, and organisational data literacy.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or above in a quantitative, analytical, HR, technology, or related discipline.
• Proven experience in People Analytics, HR Analytics, HRIS analytics, or workforce data management.
• Demonstrated success building HR metrics, KPI frameworks, or reporting environments from inception through implementation.
• Strong technical capability in SQL and at least one leading business intelligence or data visualisation platform.
• Experience working across multiple countries, regions, or complex organisational structures, with the ability to engage diverse stakeholder groups.
