Human Resource Executive

About the role

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to oversee HR functions for our construction business in Singapore. The role includes managing payroll, recruitment, employee records, and compliance to support our workforce.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and update employee database to support payroll processing and leave management.
• Process payroll accurately and timely to ensure employee compensation compliance.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including pre‑screening, interviews, offers and onboarding.
• Administer work pass applications, renewals and cancellations to ensure regulatory compliance.
• Maintain and monitor medical insurance and WIC, handling expiry dates and claims.
• Prepare Tax Clearance documentation and submit it on time.
• Coordinate employee training and development programs.
• Maintain leave records and follow up on leave form submissions.
• Organize company events to foster employee engagement.
• Manage applications and claims from government grants.

Required profile

• Diploma in Human Resource Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in the construction sector.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and handle multiple tasks.

Required skills

• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
