Global Procurement Senior Manager

About the role

This senior procurement operations position leads enterprise‑wide purchasing, focusing on direct materials and supplier commitments across Singapore. You will shape procurement strategy, governance and execution while partnering with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead centralized procurement operations through managers and supervisors.
• Own end‑to‑end purchasing processes, policies, contracts and standard work.
• Ensure sourcing strategies and procurement policies are consistently applied.
• Manage supplier delivery, performance, risk, escalations and continuity.
• Drive cost, cycle‑time, service, compliance, quality, inventory and automation improvements.
• Monitor procurement KPIs and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain accurate supplier, material and pricing master data.
• Advise senior leadership on supplier risks, capacity constraints and continuity issues.
• Develop talent, succession plans and leadership capabilities within the procurement function.
• Collaborate closely with Supply Chain, Planning, Manufacturing, Quality, Finance, Engineering and other teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree (advanced degree preferred).
• 5+ years of progressive management experience in procurement, supply chain, operations or manufacturing.
• Proven experience leading multiple teams through subordinate leaders.
• Strong governance, performance‑management and continuous‑improvement background.
• Excellent financial, analytical and business judgment.
• Ability to influence senior executives and lead cross‑functional change.
• Outstanding communication, organizational and change‑management skills.
