GQ Ops Process Technician

About the role

Micron Technology, Inc. is hiring a GQ Ops Process Technician in Singapore. The role supports reliability stress tests and semiconductor electrical testing, keeps equipment ready and safe, and helps move lots through the process on time. It also involves using AI tools such as Copilot and LLMs to automate reporting, dashboards and workflow approvals.

Key responsibilities

• Support reliability stress tests (HAST, temperature cycle, HTS, THS, moisture soak) and semiconductor electrical test operations according to process specifications and SOPs
• Support troubleshooting of process or equipment issues with DOE and analysis
• Maintain equipment to ensure readiness, uptime and safety compliance
• Support lot movement and process flow to meet turnaround time requirements
• Maintain 6S, ESD and workplace safety compliance in assigned areas
• Take part in training, continuous improvement and audit activities
• Coordinate with vendors on equipment maintenance, calibration and service
• Assist with material handling, inventory control and shipping and logistics (preparing, packing, documenting and tracking outgoing lots)
• Use AI assistants to automate reporting, dashboards and workflow approvals, and integrate AI solutions with lab systems such as Power BI and SharePoint

Required profile

• Diploma in Engineering (Electrical, Electronics, Mechanical or related)
• 0-3 years of experience in semiconductor manufacturing, a lab or test environment preferred
• Able to work on shifts when needed
