Graduate Business Analyst – Commercial

About the role

This two‑year graduate programme with Airbus aims to develop future commercial leaders. As a Graduate Business Analyst (Commercial) you will use data to solve real business problems, support global commercial teams and help shape data‑driven decisions across the organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain databases, including data model design, data collection and data cleaning.
• Transform internal and external data into visual insights and dashboards to support commercial decisions.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify business challenges and deliver analytical support.
• Support the creation of digital tools, automation and reporting for the global Commercial teams.

Required profile

• Recent graduate (or early‑career) with a degree in Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science or a related field.
• Strong verbal and written communication in English and ability to work in a multicultural team.
• Motivation to learn, self‑awareness and a proactive attitude toward personal development.

Required skills

• Knowledge of Python and VBA (or other programming languages).
• Experience with data analysis, visualization and business intelligence tools (e.g., CRM, BI software).
• Ability to design databases, clean data sets and perform basic coding for data merging.
