About the role

Join TikTok's international Design Team as a Graduate Product Designer. You will work on short‑video, live streaming, and local services, shaping experiences for millions of users worldwide while developing your design expertise in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end product design for TikTok’s short‑video, live streaming, and local services across consumer and business experiences.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Research, and Data teams to iterate designs, generate creative concepts, and deliver optimal solutions.
• Continuously improve UX by monitoring global design trends, user behavior, pain points, and aesthetic preferences.
• Support design implementation using Vibe Coding, working closely with engineers on fidelity and style adaptation.
• Leverage AI‑assisted tools to increase design efficiency, translate design needs into clear technical specifications, and streamline design‑development collaboration.

Required profile

• Currently completing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Human‑Computer Interaction, Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Design, or a related field.
• Self‑motivated, hands‑on, and eager to learn with a reflective, iterative mindset.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, thriving in a fast‑paced, global environment.
• Passion for product design, curiosity about emerging technologies, and a global perspective.

Required skills

• Full‑stack product design proficiency with strong interaction and UI fundamentals.
• Vibe Coding – ability to build high‑fidelity prototypes using AI‑assisted coding tools.
• Experience with design systems and component‑based design practices.
• Use of AI‑assisted design tools to boost efficiency.
