Graduate Sales Development Representative (Remote)

About the role

Canonical is a global software company behind Ubuntu and open‑source enterprise solutions. As a Graduate Sales Development Representative you will work with regional sales and marketing teams to identify customer projects that match Canonical’s product portfolio and promote the brand across diverse industries and geographies.

Key responsibilities

• Handle inbound customer inquiries via email, phone and chat.
• Execute outbound sales and marketing campaigns and travel to events and conferences worldwide.
• Research prospective customers, generate leads and build a multi‑million‑pound pipeline.
• Collaborate with senior stakeholders and marketing to drive results.
• Identify prospects, market trends and define team processes.
• Maintain and nurture leads in the global CRM system.
