Graphic Designer – Events

About the role

GPJ is seeking a 2D Graphic Designer with 5+ years of experience to join its Events team in Singapore. You will create visual solutions across print, large‑format, digital, social media, video and animation for experiential projects.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Art Director and Studio Director to deliver design projects from concept to final visuals.
• Explain design concepts to non‑designers, sell ideas and challenge briefs.
• Manage own tasks within project teams or autonomously, ensuring timely delivery.
• Maintain design consistency with client guidelines and GPJ’s brand identity.
• Communicate effectively with senior team members and foster a collaborative culture.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of agency or comparable experiential design experience.
• Proven ability to take concepts through to production across online and offline media.
• Strong attention to detail, proactive problem‑solving and ability to work under pressure.
• Enthusiastic, positive attitude and a craftsman’s appreciation for good design.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Working knowledge of MS Office and Apple design programs.
• Understanding of layout, typography, graphic fundamentals and their limitations.
