Graphic Designer

About the role

The Learning Lab is seeking a passionate Graphic Designer to join its creative team. You will collaborate closely with the digital and content teams to produce compelling visual assets that support campaigns, events, and overall brand identity.

Key responsibilities

• Create stunning visuals for campaigns, events, and branding across digital (web, mobile ads, EDMs) and physical media (OOH, centre displays, posters).
• Design interactive marketing collateral and ensure timely delivery according to project schedules.
• Illustrate and produce content for social media channels, including ideation, creation, and trend monitoring.
• Provide inter‑departmental design support during company events and collaborate with the content team on concept development.
• Oversee social media content curation, work with agencies to align with brand strategy, and maintain quality standards.
• Perform ad‑hoc design duties as required.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in print or digital design, or an impressive portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
• Strong visual design sense with the ability to produce clean, sleek work independently.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills, capable of meeting tight deadlines.

Required skills

• Expert proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop.
• Experience creating animated GIFs using Adobe tools.
• Videography and editing skills (Premiere Pro or Final Cut Pro).
• Knowledge of web design, UI/UX principles, and HubSpot.
