Group Finance Manager

About the role

The Group Finance Manager will lead the finance function for a multi‑entity organization, ensuring accurate reporting, robust controls, and strategic financial partnership across the business.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the monthly financial close, group consolidation and statutory reporting in compliance with IFRS/SFRS and internal policies.
• Maintain and enhance internal control frameworks, coordinate internal and external audits, and monitor regulatory, tax and financial risk compliance.
• Oversee treasury activities including cash‑flow forecasting, liquidity planning, banking facilities, FX exposure and covenant compliance.
• Partner with business leaders to provide financial insights, support budgeting, forecasting, working‑capital optimisation and strategic initiatives such as M&A integration.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field with CPA, CA, ACCA or equivalent qualification.
• 8‑10 years of finance experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial role.
• Strong technical accounting background with hands‑on group consolidation and financial reporting experience.
• Regional experience in Southeast Asia and China, and exposure to post‑acquisition finance integration.
• Experience in manufacturing, semiconductor or technology industries is preferred.
