Group HR Executive (Recruitment)

About the role

The Group HR Executive (Recruitment) will lead end‑to‑end talent acquisition for the organization, ensuring a seamless hiring experience from requisition to onboarding. You will partner with hiring managers, agencies and educational institutions to attract and secure top talent across the region. The role also supports employer branding and HR projects to enhance recruitment effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job requisition through onboarding.
• Create and post job advertisements on recruitment platforms and social media.
• Source, screen and assess candidates using various channels.
• Coordinate interviews and hiring activities with candidates and hiring managers.
• Conduct reference checks and prepare employment offers and pre‑employment documentation.
• Support onboarding and induction programmes for new hires.
• Build and maintain relationships with recruitment agencies, universities and external hiring partners.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate databases and job descriptions, ensuring compliance with company policies and labour regulations.
• Prepare recruitment reports and track hiring metrics such as time‑to‑fill and recruitment status.
• Support employer branding initiatives, career fairs, campus recruitment programmes and HR projects.

Required profile

• Diploma or higher qualification.
• 2–3 years of experience managing the recruitment process, including candidate sourcing and interviewing for regional hiring.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to build relationships with agencies and educational institutions.
• Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with labour regulations.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
