Group Manager – Client Services (Singapore)

About the role

Infosys is looking for a Group Manager – Client Services to lead and expand its Consumer Retail Logistics business in APAC and global markets. This senior leadership position will drive growth among CPG, retail and logistics clients and shape deal solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Grow Infosys’s footprint with global CPG, retail and logistics clients in the APAC region.
• Shape and build deal constructs and solutions for global engagements, leveraging deep CPG domain expertise.
• Source and generate new leads, including opening new accounts, using personal network.
• Achieve net new business conversion by contributing directly to deal wins.
• Manage senior client relationships independently, including commercial, procurement and business leadership contacts.
• Support and, when required, lead the preparation and execution of account strategies and sales plans, pipeline generation, and proposal development.

Required profile

• Proven leadership experience in client services or business development.
• Demonstrated ability to manage senior‑level client relationships.
• Strong network and track record of generating new business opportunities.
• Deep understanding of the consumer packaged goods (CPG), retail and logistics sectors.
