Guest Relations Executive (F&B Host/Hostess)

About the role

As a Guest Relations Executive (F&B Host/Hostess) at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore, you will be the first point of contact for guests arriving at the restaurant. Beyond managing reservations and seating, you will create genuine connections, anticipate guest needs and deliver personalised experiences that reflect luxury hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests warmly and professionally
• Manage reservations, seating arrangements and table flow
• Build relationships with guests, recognising their preferences
• Handle guest enquiries, reservations and requests by phone, email and in person
• Collaborate with service and culinary teams to keep operations smooth
• Anticipate guest needs and support VIP recognition and special occasions

Required profile

• At least 1 year of F&B experience, preferably in a luxury brand
• Engaging, guest-centric service approach
• Ability to build relationships with guests and colleagues
