Guest Relations Executive (Front Office)

About the role

The Guest Relations Executive is an essential member of the Front Office Team at Four Seasons Hotel Singapore. The role welcomes guests on arrival and departure, provides an exceptional guest experience throughout their stay and responds to a wide range of guest requests while meeting Four Seasons service standards. The position reports to the Duty Manager.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests on arrival and departure according to Four Seasons' standards and procedures.
• Handle all guest interactions with high hospitality and professionalism, accommodating special requests whenever possible.
• Assist guests with inquiries about hotel services, operating hours, key staff, in-house events, directions, major city attractions and events.
• Respond to guest requests accurately and in a timely manner, in person and by phone.
• Resolve guest complaints and find opportunities to personalize the service experience.
• Report to the Duty Manager for further follow-up when necessary.

Required profile

• Preferably a diploma in Hospitality or its equivalent.
• One year of relevant experience within Four Seasons or a top luxury group is considered an asset.
• Good organisational skills, ability to prioritise workload and handle pressure.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Curiosity about the luxury market and a guest-centred approach.
• Open to Singaporeans only, due to work visa restrictions.

Required skills

• Knowledge of the Opera system is an added advantage.
