Guest Relations Officer – Office Building Concierge

About the role

We are seeking a Guest Relations Officer to join a leading facilities management company’s Property Management team. Based in Singapore, you will act as a concierge, delivering premium service to C‑suite and VVIP guests while supporting the planning and execution of on‑site events.

Key responsibilities

• Support the planning, setup, execution and breakdown of events, ensuring smooth operations.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to meet event requirements.
• Provide warm, professional service to clients, executives and VVIP guests.
• Respond to guest enquiries and requests with attention to detail.
• Assist with physical event setup, including moving chairs, tables and equipment.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of event coordination experience, including vendor management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Diploma in Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Comfortable performing physical setup duties.

Required skills

• AV technical knowledge.
