About the role
Join the Pools and Recreation team at Marina Bay Sands as a Guest Service Agent. You will be the first point of contact for guests using the Infinity Pool, delivering warm hospitality and ensuring a memorable experience.
Key responsibilities
- Welcome and engage guests at the Infinity Pool, providing a brief overview of available offerings.
- Escort guests to their allocated sun beds and ensure the area is clean, tidy, and ready for the next visitors.
- Take and process food and beverage orders, and respond to guest inquiries promptly.
- Manage towel distribution, maintain the towel counter, and keep the pool deck presentable.
- Conduct pool tours, monitor activities, and report any suspicious behavior to the manager.
- Communicate non‑pool related requests to the appropriate departments and follow up to ensure fulfillment.
- Collaborate with other hotel departments, recommend local events, and contribute ideas for operational improvements.
Required profile
- Primary education preferred; prior customer‑service experience is an advantage.
- Excellent guest‑relations and communication skills with strong command of spoken and written English.
- Attention to detail, ability to work shifts in an outdoor pool environment, and willingness to work with minimal supervision.
- Team‑player attitude, proactive initiative, and a professional, well‑groomed appearance.
