Guest Service Associate – Serviced Residence

About the role

You will support daily guest service operations in a serviced residence, creating a welcoming atmosphere that feels like a home away from home. Reporting to the Guest Service Manager or Assistant Manager, you will be the primary point of contact for residents at the front desk.

Key responsibilities

• Assist residents with check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Issue and manage apartment access key cards.
• Respond to resident queries via walk‑ins, email, and phone, providing recommendations on local amenities, travel, tours, and restaurant reservations.
• Maintain resident accounts, apartment availability, and perform simple bookkeeping.
• Handle reservations, record feedback and complaints, and forward them to supervisors.
• Safeguard cash, valuables, and resident belongings.
• Support onboarding of new employees and perform ad‑hoc tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience, preferably in hospitality.
• Degree or Diploma in Hospitality, Hotel Management, or a related field is welcomed.
• Service‑oriented mindset with a passion for learning diverse tasks.
• Willingness to work shifts and handle paperwork accurately.
