Guest Services Officer

About the role

Join the Front Office team at Pullman Singapore Hill Street, working across the Front Desk, Executive Lounge and Concierge areas. You will be the first point of contact for guests, handling check‑in/out, VIP services and ensuring a seamless, memorable stay.

Key responsibilities

• Assist guests with check‑in, check‑out and cashiering duties, assigning rooms according to reservations.
• Upsell higher room categories to maximise revenue.
• Prepare VIP arrivals, amenities and daily VIP lists for loyalty members and suite guests.
• Provide recommendations on tourist attractions and hotel products.
• Maintain guest privacy, handle cash and credit transactions according to policy.
• Coordinate with Housekeeping to manage room status and ensure accurate room type knowledge.
• Perform Executive Lounge and Concierge duties as needed.
• Deliver warm welcomes and farewells in line with hotel SOPs, handle guest feedback and resolve issues.
• Monitor lobby security, alerting Security or Duty Manager of any suspicious activity.
• Keep Front Office areas clean, follow emergency procedures and attend all briefings and trainings.

Required profile

• Secondary/high school education with good reading and oral English proficiency.
• No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Strong communication and customer‑service skills, detail‑oriented.
• Team player, self‑motivated, energetic and professionally groomed.
• Ability to speak additional languages is an advantage.
