Head, Account Management (Food)

About the role

The Head of Account Management (Food) leads the growth, retention and strategic development of foodpanda’s restaurant and F&B partner portfolio in Singapore. You will drive commercial performance through strong leadership, operational rigor and strategic account management while collaborating with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account management strategies that accelerate growth across the Singapore F&B and restaurant portfolio.
• Identify and prioritize key merchant segments, growth opportunities and go‑to‑market approaches to improve order volume, merchant performance and retention.
• Own strategic relationships with key restaurant partners, ensuring sustainable growth and long‑term partnership value.
• Translate commercial priorities into clear, measurable action plans for the Account Management team.
• Support the team in complex commercial discussions, escalations, negotiations and partnership opportunities.
• Partner with Marketing, Operations, Finance, Product and Regional teams to execute market‑level initiatives.
• Define targets, KPIs and performance metrics; own measurement, reporting and business review cadences.
• Lead, inspire and develop a high‑performing Account Management team, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong commercial acumen with proven ability to drive revenue growth.
• Leadership maturity and experience managing senior account management teams.
• Demonstrated business ownership and ability to translate strategy into execution.
• Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
