Head of AI

About the role

We are partnering with a leading fintech company to hire an experienced Head of Artificial Intelligence (AI) to lead AI strategy and commercial engagements across enterprise clients. This client‑facing leadership role is responsible for driving AI adoption, shaping transformation strategies, and helping customers unlock business value through AI, Generative AI, and advanced analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Act as executive AI advisor to enterprise customers, defining AI vision, transformation roadmap and business strategy.
• Partner with sales and business development to drive revenue through AI consulting, solution design, proposal development and executive presentations.
• Design and deliver enterprise AI solutions leveraging Generative AI, large language models, machine learning, conversational AI and advanced analytics.
• Develop AI go‑to‑market strategies, build strategic partnerships and represent the organization as an AI thought leader at industry events.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, Engineering, Business or related field.
• 15+ years of experience in enterprise technology, consulting, solution architecture or AI leadership.
• Proven success in client‑facing AI consulting, presales and technology advisory roles.
• Deep expertise in AI, machine learning, Generative AI, large language models and NLP.
• Extensive experience engaging with C‑suite executives and influencing strategic technology decisions.
• Experience with cloud AI platforms such as AWS, Microsoft Azure or Google Cloud.
