Head of Capital Solutions, APAC

About the role

The Head of Capital Solutions, APAC will report to both FSP Asia‑Pacific leadership and FSP Capital Solutions (US). Based in Singapore, the role drives long‑term relationships with institutional investors across APAC and leads financing activities for Flagship’s global funds and portfolio companies.

Key responsibilities

• nurture existing and emerging relationships with sovereign wealth funds, family offices, venture capital firms and other strategic investors in APAC.
• identify and drive investment opportunities into Flagship’s global funds and direct investments in portfolio companies.
• facilitate dialogue between APAC investors and relevant Flagship teams to align interests.
• regularly align priorities and report progress to Capital Formation and APAC teams.
• partner with the APAC team in Singapore, Japan and Korea to implement strategic plans that enhance Flagship’s presence and capital‑raising capabilities.
• plan and execute investor events, briefings, presentations and other engagement activities.
• support select strategic initiatives and partnerships across the APAC region.

Required profile

• minimum 15 years of experience in capital formation, investment banking, private equity or related fields, with a strong fundraising track record in Asia‑Pacific.
• proven ability to establish and maintain relationships with institutional investors, especially sovereign wealth funds and family offices.
• deep understanding of the APAC investment landscape and key market players.
• strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
• discipline in execution and ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
• capacity to thrive in a fast‑paced, matrixed organization with a collaborative work style.
