Head of Controlling (Finance)

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Head of Controlling to join our regional finance team in Singapore. You will lead SG&A controlling, free cash flow reporting and the consolidation of three brands (foodora, foodpanda and Yemeksepeti), acting as a strategic partner to Regional Finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end‑to‑end SG&A agenda, managing personnel and non‑personnel expenses, spotting cost trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build and lead a regional team, directly managing a Senior Manager for SG&A and a Consolidation/FCF specialist.
• Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials, ensuring compliance with Group guidelines and delivering accurate high‑level figures.
• Drive Free Cash Flow (FCF) reporting excellence and develop advanced reporting dashboards for local, regional and management teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance, Country Leaders and People & Culture to align headcount and personnel cost strategies with business growth.
• Standardise and govern financial policies, including FTE tracking and inter‑company invoicing across the region.
• Build complex financial models that provide actionable insights for executive decision‑making.

Required profile

• Proven experience in controlling, SG&A management or financial consolidation within a multi‑brand environment.
• Strong leadership skills with a track record of managing and developing finance teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
• Effective communication and stakeholder‑management abilities across finance, operations and HR functions.
