Head of Controlling

About the role

We are looking for a highly analytical Head of Controlling to join our regional team in Singapore. You will lead SG&A controlling, Free Cash Flow reporting and the consolidation of three brands, acting as a strategic partner to Regional Finance leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Own the SG&A agenda, managing personnel and non‑personnel expenses, spotting cost trends and identifying improvement opportunities.
• Build and lead a team of two specialists – the SG&A lead and a Consolidation/FCF specialist – ensuring accurate and timely reporting.
• Oversee technical consolidation of brand financials, applying Group guidelines and designing heatmaps for high‑level reporting.
• Drive Free Cash Flow reporting excellence and develop advanced dashboards for local, regional and management teams.
• Collaborate with Regional Finance, Country Leaders and People & Culture to align headcount and personnel cost strategies with business growth.
• Standardise financial policies, including FTE tracking and intercompany invoicing, across the region.
• Provide actionable insights through complex financial models to support executive decision‑making.
• Modernise reporting infrastructure by automating processes and building scalable dashboards.

Required profile

• BA/BS in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in Controlling or FP&A, with a proven track record of leading teams.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to translate data into strategic recommendations.
