Head of Culture & Partnerships

About the role

Live Nation is creating a purpose‑built, 3,000‑seat live music venue in Singapore. The Head of Culture & Partnerships will shape the venue’s cultural identity, design a year‑round event calendar and activate strategic brand partnerships before the doors open.

Key responsibilities

• Define and lead the overall programming strategy and cultural vision for the venue.
• Curate a balanced calendar across music, lifestyle, community and entertainment formats, including festivals, F&B experiences, esports and brand‑led events.
• Develop original, scalable event concepts that fill non‑booked dates and generate repeatable revenue streams.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Marketing, Bookings, Operations) and external promoters to ensure operational feasibility and audience experience excellence.
• Partner with the regional Sponsorship & Partnerships team to secure venue‑specific brand deals and activate on‑site partner assets.
• Work with the third‑party café brand to create daily community programming that drives footfall beyond show nights.

Required profile

• Proven ability to define and execute a venue programming strategy.
• Experience working cross‑functionally with marketing, bookings, operations and external partners.
• Track record of building cultural identity and community engagement for entertainment venues.
