Head of Fundraising & Partnerships

About the role

The Helping Hand is seeking a dynamic leader to head its Fundraising & Partnerships function. Reporting to the Executive Director, you will shape and execute strategies that generate sustainable income, deepen donor relationships, and expand strategic collaborations for Singapore’s longest‑serving rehabilitation organisation.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement the annual fundraising strategy across corporate, foundation, church, community and individual donor channels.
• Create compelling fundraising propositions, sponsorship packages and partnership opportunities aligned with organisational priorities.
• Monitor fundraising performance, analyse results and recommend actions to maximise revenue growth.
• Identify, cultivate and secure strategic partnerships that deliver recurring financial support, volunteer engagement and advocacy.
• Expand existing partnerships and forge new collaborations to support organisational growth.
• Design and execute major‑donor engagement plans, ensuring timely communication, stewardship, impact reporting and recognition.
• Lead, mentor and develop the Fundraising & Communications team, fostering a high‑performance culture.
• Establish and continuously improve fundraising processes, donor stewardship systems and reporting mechanisms.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading fundraising and partnership initiatives in the non‑profit sector.
• Strong track record of securing corporate, foundation and individual support.
• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain long‑term stakeholder relationships.
• Leadership experience managing and developing a small team.
• Strategic thinking with a results‑oriented mindset.
