Head of Growth Marketing

About the role

BID Operations is looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head of Growth Marketing to shape and execute the global growth strategy. You will lead customer acquisition across digital channels, working closely with product, sales, data, technology and executive teams to drive scalable, data‑driven growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement a global growth marketing roadmap aligned with revenue targets.
• Own paid acquisition strategy across Meta, Google, TikTok, DSPs and other performance channels.
• Manage marketing budgets, optimise CAC, CPA, ROI and ROAS through audience segmentation, bidding and A/B testing.
• Design and execute social media strategies for platforms such as Meta, TikTok, Xiaohongshu, Telegram, LinkedIn and X.
• Conduct market and competitor analysis to identify new segments and channels.
• Establish measurement frameworks, track key metrics and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.

Required profile

• Proven track record in leading growth or performance marketing at a senior level.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in data‑driven decision making.
• Ability to collaborate across product, sales, data, compliance and executive teams.
• Excellent communication skills and a results‑focused attitude.
