Head of Pricing Strategy – APAC

About the role

We are seeking a Head of Pricing Strategy for the APAC region to lead the pricing roadmap for our food delivery brands. Reporting to the Director of Pricing, you will shape pricing policies, drive innovative initiatives, and ensure profitable yet competitive fee structures across multiple markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the pricing strategy for all APAC markets, primarily for the Foodpanda brand.
• Drive strategic pricing initiatives, including AI‑enabled automation and experimentation tools.
• Identify, test, and scale opportunities to capture customer willingness to pay while maintaining fair price perception.
• Build and align a regional pricing experimentation roadmap with cross‑functional teams.
• Guide product feature development to communicate fees in the consumer app.
• Own target setting and P&L ownership for customer fee lines, managing hundreds of millions of euros.
• Lead the APAC pricing strategy team and ensure strong alignment with product, commercial, and finance stakeholders.

Required profile

• 7+ years of experience in pricing, analytics, top‑tier consultancy, or a related quantitative field.
• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Statistics, or a similar quantitative discipline.
• Strong problem‑solving abilities and proven experience influencing senior stakeholders.
