About the role
Harley‑Davidson is seeking a dynamic Head of Sales to lead commercial strategy and execution across its Singapore region. You will be responsible for driving revenue growth, expanding the dealer network, and strengthening the brand’s presence in both mature and emerging motorcycle markets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a regional sales strategy aligned with global brand and revenue objectives.
- Identify and prioritize growth opportunities across key markets and lead market entry initiatives.
- Build, manage, and optimise the dealer and distributor network, ensuring high performance through training, support, and incentive programs.
- Recruit, lead, and develop a high‑performing sales team, setting KPIs and fostering a culture of accountability.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer service teams to ensure a premium customer experience.
- Represent Harley‑Davidson at motorcycle events, trade shows, and community rides to champion the brand.
- Oversee regional pricing, promotions, and inventory planning, and provide regular performance reporting to executive leadership.
- Utilise data insights to refine strategies and improve sales effectiveness.
Required profile
- 14+ years of sales leadership experience in the motorcycle or automotive industry.
- Proven success managing multi‑country sales operations.
- Strong understanding of regional market dynamics and dealer network management.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills.
