About the role
We are seeking a proactive Channel Account Manager to strengthen our partner ecosystem in Singapore. You will work closely with channel partners to understand their strategic priorities and align our product portfolio to drive mutual growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop strong relationships with channel partners and understand their product focus, market positioning, and business direction.
- Gain insight into each partner’s key accounts and industry focus to position appropriate solutions.
- Influence partners to adopt and promote our products, including competing solutions where our portfolio adds value.
- Organise quarterly solution updates and enablement sessions for various product principals.
- Identify opportunities and gather competitor insights from partners.
- Review partners’ credit limits for large orders and propose suitable credit facilities.
- Follow up on overdue payments to maintain partners’ credit standing.
- Assess partners’ capabilities, certifications, and vendor status to ensure alignment with reseller requirements.
- Document meeting minutes with partners, product managers, and vendors.
Required profile
- Proven experience in channel sales and account management.
- Strong relationship‑building and communication skills.
- Ability to analyse partner needs and translate them into business opportunities.
- Attention to detail in credit management and documentation.
