Head of Tokenization, APAC

About the role

Broadridge is looking for a strategic, client-focused Digital Asset and Tokenization Lead for the Asia-Pacific region. The role leads product and client relationship management for Broadridge Digital Assets across APAC, working with global product, technology, operations, commercial, risk, legal and compliance partners to accelerate regional adoption of digital asset solutions, define APAC-specific product requirements and deliver successful client onboarding and go-live.

Key responsibilities

• Lead product and client relationship management across APAC for Broadridge Digital Assets.
• Work with global teams to drive adoption of digital asset solutions and provide APAC-specific product feature requirements.
• Collaborate with local sales teams to manage client relationships and lead client onboarding and go-live.
• Define and lead the regional product strategy, roadmap and lifecycle management for digital asset and tokenization products.
• Identify customer needs, market opportunities, competitive trends and regulatory developments to shape product direction.
• Evaluate, prioritize and launch new products, features and enhancements aligned with business goals and regional client demand.
• Build business cases covering market sizing, ROI analysis, pricing and commercialization strategy.
• Partner with engineering, operations, legal, compliance and risk teams to deliver products from concept through launch and optimization.
• Develop go-to-market plans with sales, marketing and client-facing teams, ensuring products are operationally ready, scalable and compliant with regulatory and risk requirements.
• Monitor product performance and market feedback, act as a subject-matter expert on digital assets and tokenization, and lead complex regional initiatives.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of local capital-market structures across APAC.
• Experience with APAC financing products such as repo, securities financing and collateral management in a trading or operations capacity.
• Interest in blockchain technology and its transformation of financial markets.
• Significant experience leading complex products, platforms, client solutions or market-infrastructure initiatives from strategy through execution.
• Experience in a regulated environment partnering with legal, compliance, risk and operations teams.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional initiatives and influence senior stakeholders.
• Experience with corporate actions, investor communications, regulated transfer agency businesses or similar market-infrastructure organizations.
• Previous product management experience and experience building and scaling new product offerings in emerging markets.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of digital assets and related market infrastructure, including tokenized assets, custody, trading, wallets, settlement and staking.
• Product strategy, business-case development, pricing and go-to-market planning.
• Analytical, problem-solving, communication and decision-making skills.
