HNW Relationship Manager (Payments Team)

About the role

Funding Societies | Modalku, the largest SME digital finance platform in Southeast Asia, sits within its Singapore payments B2C team. As HNW Relationship Manager you will be the primary relationship owner for CardUp's high-net-worth and ultra-high-net-worth individuals who pay S$500,000 or more a year, and will be accountable for growing the volume this segment brings to the business.

Key responsibilities

• White-glove management of existing and newly acquired HNW clients: price new requests and renewals under the HNW pricing framework, own end-to-end onboarding and proactively facilitate compliance and KYC approvals.
• Acquire net new HNW users from your own network and through outbound prospecting, and convert inbound leads with the marketing team.
• Use referral channels such as the investor base, wealth advisors and family offices to open warm introductions.
• Upsell existing users to additional payment types (tax, property, insurance, education, etc.) and build account plans for priority clients.
• Identify and re-engage lapsed users and track and report on pipeline, acquisition, upsell and win-back performance.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in private banking, wealth management, financial advisory or HNW client relationship management.
• Demonstrated track record of managing and growing a portfolio of HNW clients with measurable outcomes.
• Prior experience in fintech, payments or investment products is a strong advantage.
• An established network among HNW individuals, family offices or their advisors in Singapore is a strong advantage.

Required skills

• Familiarity with compliance, KYC/AML processes and Singapore's financial regulatory environment.
• Commercial acumen and a business-development mindset.
• Data-driven approach to pipeline management and performance tracking.
