Hospitality Associate (Evening Shift)

About the role

We are looking for a friendly and energetic Hospitality Associate to join Maggie’s restaurant in the heart of Keong Saik. The role is focused on evening service, providing warm and attentive service to guests and helping create memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare the restaurant for service, ensuring tables, settings and stations are ready.
• Greet guests, take orders and deliver food and beverages with genuine hospitality.
• Build connections with guests, answering questions about the menu, cocktails and wine programme.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to ensure a smooth dining flow.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, service and teamwork throughout the shift.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic about connecting with people and delivering great guest experiences.
• Positive team player willing to learn and support colleagues.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, close‑knit environment.
• Personality that brings warmth, energy and authenticity to service.

Required skills

• Basic knowledge of food, beverage and wine service (training provided).
