About the role
Mercor is seeking an experienced Hospitality Evaluator to work fully remotely. You will assess AI‑generated content related to real estate, hospitality, and events, ensuring it meets high standards of accuracy, aesthetics, and presentation.
Key responsibilities
- Evaluate AI‑generated artifacts against domain‑specific quality rubrics.
- Identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors.
- Provide clear, structured written feedback to improve model performance.
- Work independently and asynchronously to meet deadlines.
Required profile
- 5+ years of professional experience in real estate, hospitality, or events.
- Native or professional fluency in English.
- Advanced degree (Master's or higher) from a reputable institution (preferred).
Required skills
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Strong knowledge of Google Workspace, especially Google Slides.
What we offer
- Contract position with hourly compensation ranging from $80 to $120.
- Fully remote work environment.
