HR Analyst / Associate, Human Resources

About the role

CITIC CLSA is looking for an HR Analyst/Associate to support its Singapore-based HR team. It is a varied, hands-on role helping create a smooth employee experience from first day to last, requiring multitasking, attention to detail and first-class client service.

Key responsibilities

• Support employee onboarding and offboarding, coordinating inductions, pre-employment checks, transfers and offboarding.
• Keep HR operations running smoothly by maintaining accurate Workday records and digital files, preparing employment letters, tracking probation and contract milestones, and managing medical insurance enrolments and terminations.
• Coordinate payroll by providing monthly updates to the Payroll Team and preparing leave calculations for leavers.
• Prepare reports as requested and act as first point of contact for HR policy and benefits questions, escalating complex matters.
• Maintain discretion with confidential information.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field.
• 2-5 years of relevant HR experience, ideally in banking and finance; less experienced candidates will be considered as HR Analysts.
• Sound knowledge of Singapore employment regulations.
• Excellent command of spoken and written English.
• Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents only.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel, including data management, formulas, lookups, pivot tables and basic reporting.
• Proactive approach to improving processes through technology and automation.
