HR Applications Lead – SuccessFactors & Payroll

About the role

Join a leading public‑sector institution as the HR Applications Lead, driving high‑visibility HR and payroll technology transformations across a large university ecosystem.

Key responsibilities

• Lead technical delivery and ongoing support for SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, and integration with SAP S/4HANA.
• Act as the primary technical authority, managing full‑lifecycle projects from procurement and tender specifications to solution design, configuration, and go‑live.
• Oversee application maintenance, prioritize enhancements, and manage external vendor performance against SLAs.
• Ensure strict audit, security, and compliance standards while fostering collaboration and optimizing team resources.

Required profile

• Minimum 10 years of IT experience in a technical role, including at least 3 years of project management.
• 3‑5 years of experience supporting or managing SAP SuccessFactors, Employee Central Payroll, or ERP payroll systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• Deep knowledge of cloud platforms, enterprise IT architectures, and business process analysis.
• Strong communication skills, vendor management experience, and ability to work across cross‑functional stakeholders.
• Experience in the public sector or government‑linked environment is a plus.
